With an old app 6.2.7 the speed should be able to adjust to 19 mph but not garanteed.

First downloaded v5.1.3. This version lets you select your product in the beginning. Select the Bolt. It doesn't want to connect to the bike, that's fine. Important thing is the app now has it saved in its memory. DO NOT uninstall the app. Install v6.2.9 as an update, the memory of my device is a Bolt is preserved. Now when you start the newer app it properly recognizes your bike as the Bolt , Set max speed at 19mph.
